All orders are processed within 4-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is dispatched with a tracking number from Australia Post. This tracking number will be updated with delivery information from Australia Post usually between 48 and 72 hours after being processed  except weekends.

We charge as per site regular postage fee for standard deliveries within Australia. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering.

We use all reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within 4-8 business days from order confirmation date. Most Australian orders should arrive within 3 to 10 business days after dispatch depending on your address.

With the current situation during the Pandemic, shipping may be delayed to some areas especially interstate. We will contact you via text message or email with the details that you provided to notify you of your tracking number for your order once it is dispatched.

In-store pickup / click and collect

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. In-store pickup is available from Monday to Saturday. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up the next day day except Sundays. We will send you an email or a text message, when your order is ready along with instructions. The Clinic is closed for pick-ups on Sundays.

Our in-store pickup hours are 11.00am to 7:00pm on Monday to Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check it’s status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 15 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation notification, please contact us at sales@nuskinlab.com.au with your name and order number, and we will follow it up for you.
