退款政策

We accept returns up to 28 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or there is any default to your purchase, please notify us via email as soon as possible at info@nuskinlab.com.au with your order number and where possible, a photo of the damaged item/s.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but we will do all we can to resolve the issue and refund you for the purchased item.
